Arrow dog pet portrait commission painting

Arrow  Oil on wood  6" x 6"  SOLD
Arrow is a white spitz mix.  I'm told he is a "very gentle soul." He was a pleasure to paint.  I love my job.

    I have a white dog, toy poodle, so I'm so tickled to see the way you have handled Arrow. So soft and fluffy with your brush treatment! :) I often feel that people don't capture the white fur in a painting as beautifully as it truly is, but not in your case, Diane. Love the low-contrast background and the way you've captured Arrow's spirit. :)
