Liza Bean and Cleveland Bazaar this weekend

Liza Bean  Oil on wood  8" x 8"  SOLD
This pet portrait commission was fun to paint. "Liza Bean" is said by her human to be a "darling, opinionated biter of a kitty."
This weekend is the 10th annual "Cleveland Bazaar" an indie craft show.  It's happening at 78th ST Studios.  Should you be shopping for that one of a kind, handcrafted, locally made gift, it's worth checking out with over 140 vendors.   Gallery + will be open during the show, so stop in if you get a chance.
I've added more paintings, posters and works on paper to Gallery +
all will be available during the 10th annual Cleveland Bazaar.

  1. You did a tabby! Liza Bean came out beautifully.

  2. I love the eyes on this kitty!
Your display looks great, sounds like a fun event!

  3. Gorgeous portrait and display...I see a horse and it looks great too. People don't realize how hard it can be to render them and how different each one is! Great job!

  4. I am in love with this. Her sweet face and soulful eyes make me want to cuddle up with her. Your work looks fabulous all together. I bet soon tnat wall will be empty.

  5. This is my cat, Liza Bean Bitey (of the Minneapolis Biteys) and it is her to a tee. Thank you, Diane -- and yes, the eyes are perfection!
