Pretty on Pink when neutrals have lots of color

Pretty on Pink  Oil on wood  8" x 6"  SOLD  
How much color CAN one work into "neutrals?"  A lot more than I thought.  Always something more to learn.

    Yes, actually quite incredible, this cat reads white, but actually most of the colors are anything but white :-)
