This Holiday Cat was the most difficult to design. I wanted to avoid pilgrim and indian motifs. The cornucopia basket with more generalized "Fall" props seemed fitting. ...and a black cat because I hadn't included one in the series yet. Though I'm not sure this painting really says "Thanksgiving." Tomorrow: a white kitten Christmas elf. :)
It does scream fall and the cornucopia definitely says Thanksgiving. I love it!
ReplyDeleteOhh, I think the cornucopia is the perfect symbol for Thanksgiving...and again the expression on the kitties face is priceless...I think he knows he's in trouble!! HA! I love your photo too!!!
