Yawn painting of cat by Diane Hoeptner

Yawn  Oil on wood  8" x 8"  NFS
Photos can be cruel especially when used as sole reference for painting.  I caught this one mid-yawn....  In fairness to her, a non-yawning photo is included.  :)  She awaits a forever home at the Cleveland Animal Protective League.

    In awe of your use of White. This is such a perfect example of the value difference between light and in the shadow.
