Bouquet with Pear II zinc white is da bomb

Bouquet with Pear II  Oil on cradled wood  10" x 10"  NFS

After the pink swirlies, I wanted to try something a little darker.  I tried out "zinc white" aka mixing white here.  It is more transparent than Titanium white.  It brightens without turning everything to pastel, I like it very much and will be adding it to my palette on a regular basis.
