Saw him on facebook and had to follow him(or her) home to see if there were more grey cats. I love what you're doing here. The simplication is wonderful makes that little detail of the way the fur lies right behind the ear so important and endearing.
Oh, oh, oh - I LOVE THIS! If you added some tuxedo whites, this could be my boy Nelson! It looks just like him otherwise :D
