Ok, maybe I've painted the striped fabric (tablecloth) a few too many times. But the vertical stripes are great at enhancing the focal point-- & somehow they make everything round seem rounder!

    I love the striped fabric! It always adds a variety of color and, like you said, a great contrast to the round shapes.

    If you find something that works, stick with it! I love those stripes. Are you painting on gallery wrap canvases?
