Spring Ahead Flower Painting

I loved this painting the first time around, when it was 8x8. What a joy to paint it again at 22x22. This time it's on paper and it's reserved for a dealer. I hope to paint a few more big ones on paper this week. Click the image to see it bigger!

    I like this painting, Ms. Hoeptner! Rich yellows and oranges. Great work on the bottle too! I also just "discovered" your blog yesterday. Glad I did. I enjoyed browsing the archives. Looking forward to more paintings!
