Love the way you paint the cats. If I could do that I guess mom would be very happy (she loves cats).Mariahttp://www.maria-art.ronoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3335880008095974778.post-26326832078299496242011-11-14T18:52:28.166-05:002011-11-14T18:52:28.166-05:00Beautiful picture Diane and great post. I do like calm paintings with a touch of color....Susan Nally's painting are a perfect example of that. But I also love bright, riotous colors in paintings too, like Robert Burridge. It's an interesting post, though.Virginia Floydhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00135585280436374598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3335880008095974778.post-44924092776634740952011-11-14T09:01:03.541-05:002011-11-14T09:01:03.541-05:00I had only heard of 80/20 as it applies to nutriti...I had only heard of 80/20 as it applies to nutrition (be true to the 'diet' 80 percent of the time and don't beat yourself up over the 20% that you 'slip'), but I love this idea in terms of painting. Once again, thanks, Diane!Kelley Carey MacDonaldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14667693715096070393noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3335880008095974778.post-57274503209986815822011-11-13T22:46:11.073-05:002011-11-13T22:46:11.073-05:00Another good Monday post, Diane!
Love your painti...Another good Monday post, Diane!

Love your painting with just one flower. I like the simplicity and the pop of blue against the gray. I think I will add it to my inspiration folder! :-)Linda Popplehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06597184853450230942noreply@blogger.com
