The Honeymooners and winter doldrums

The Honeymooners  Oil on wood, 8" x 8," NFS
A quick re-post today...  “The Honeymooners"  didn't photograph very well first time around! So, here's a better photo.
We seem to be takin' a little break here.  I think it's a combination of winter doldrums and flu bug ick  -- oh, and figuring out taxes.  Yeah, no that's no fun.  Mojo, where art thou?! To be continued... and as always, thank you for your interest.

  1. This one made me laugh. It's like an American Gothic but chickens. Love it!

  4. Funny, I thought of a Dutch merchant couple from the 1600's....but American Gothic fits better! Even Nature needs a fallow period. It's but a rest.😊

    1. Oh, I like that “Dutch merchant”! too. :). I’m attempting to switch gears for a bit... less social media (hubbub) more quiet keepin’ On... photographing some flowers today. Thank you for commenting, Anne. ❤️
