Deep Slumber

Deep Slumber  Oil on wood, 8" x 8,"  SOLD
Did you know cats sleep 16-20 hours a day?!  They are most active during twilight hours when predatory instincts kick in and energy is used for hunting, pouncing and stalking.

  2. I think our cat sleeps a total of 26 hours a day...

Lovely painting. You've really captured the essence of feline slumber. The patches of green play off the purple and orange beautifully, too.

Thank God, because I have four ! Now if only they would coordinate their sleeping hours so I would only have deal with one spoiled cat at a time! lol

    Congrats on another sale! :)
