Domestic Punk, character cat no. 1

Domestic Punk  Oil on wood, 8" x 8,"  NFS
"Domestic Punk" will act like she means to cut you.  She will take a dramatic, hissing swipe -claws extended.  Though her aim is precise, she never makes contact.  It's just a show.
Maybe the start of a new (on and off again) series I will call "character cats."  ...this painting is a practice run.

  1. I think this will make a great series. Cats with loads of 'tude'. What's not to love.

  6. Adorable! And it's clear there's a cream puff behind all that ferocious 'tude'... and you captured that perfectly. Just love this!
