High Jinks a cat painting by Diane Hoeptner

High Jinks  Oil on wood  8" x 8"  SOLD
Another little lovely available for adoption at the Cleveland Animal Protective League...  As much fun as I've had painting Coco (on pattern, on the prowl etc...) these APL cats present an new set of challenges that are infinitely interesting.  My desire to capture each one efficiently and accurately seems to be encouraging a less timid approach to brushwork...  and I'm all for that.
