Picasso, Einstein, Steve Martin & my cat

Recently a collector asked permission to use "Saint Layla" on a stage set.  (Yes, please.) She runs a not-for-profit theatre company in Indianapolis.  "Picasso at the Lapin" explores the fictional meeting of Pablo Picasso and Albert Einstein at a Parisian Bar in 1904. It was written by Steve Martin.  Pictured above, the set. Gotta love it!

  6. Congrats, Diane! This is so fun to hear about.

Here is a Steve Martin quote I enjoyed while listening to his book on tape as I was on a road trip recently. “Through the years, I have learned there is no harm in charging oneself up with delusions between moments of valid inspiration.”
