  2. Diane, I've always love your floral paintings. But these paintings of animals are wonderful! The Good Dog and Chewy are absolutely adorable. You captured their body language perfectly, and the backgrounds and colors add just the right touch to each painting. Love the expression on Hungry Layla's face, and the transition from shadow to light is fabulous!

  3. I have been receiving your updates via email for a number of years and have watched your style evolve. I love this painting for so many reasons. Mainly cause of the softness and character you have captured here. It is superb! Thank you so much for showing your works. It makes my day:-)

  4. I really like your animal paintings. Bet they're fun to do too. I see you're at Edward Montgomery's gallery in Carmel. How long have you been there? I just dropped off paintings in April ( I had shipped a few small ones earlier) So far I'm very impressed with Both Edward and his gallery.

  5. You captured the special sweetness of a puppy, from the delicate, floppy ears to the malleable, softness of body. Just a wonderful little painting.

  6. You've captured this little dog's sweet nature and even the texture of the fur. I can just feel the soft head in the palm of my hand.
