One for the Road Oil on wood 12" x 12" SOLD

This week and next I will be painting some of my all time favorite compositions, only bigger and (hopefully) better! I want to offer the folks at the Shoreby Country Club a real feast for the eyes during my upcoming show there in September and October--that is assuming the paintings don't sell here first.

  1. This is lovely. The colors are so warm they look almost hot! I love the petals too, very nicely done!! And ohhhh, 12"x12", I'll bet it just glows in real life.

  6. Your florals are always so beautiful and wonderfully executed. What I'm admiring this time is the vase. I love the tones of color, the highlights, and the reflected light on the right. Glad you are painting and posting!

  9. The thing I like most is that one can almost feel the texture of the vase, the tablecloth and the flowers, I feel as I can touch everything.
